This Privacy Policy explains what PrivateFN collects, why, and your choices. By using PrivateFN you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Discord account data. When you sign in, we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and email to create and identify your account.
- Fortnite username. The in-game name you provide so bot lobbies can add and join your account.
- Hosting activity. The lobbies you create (mode, region, key, timestamps) to run and display the Service.
- Payment data. Handled by our payment processor. We store subscription status, not your card details.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service, host your lobbies, manage subscriptions and your free action, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run the Service (authentication, hosting, database, and payment providers) and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data. Your nickname, avatar, and public lobbies are visible to other users on the match board.
4. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us in Discord to make a request.
6. Children
PrivateFN is not directed to children under the age required to hold a Discord account in their country, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
